The processing of personal data covered by this privacy policy is subject to Belgian law and to Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (hereinafter the “GDPR”), hereinafter referred to as the “Personal Data Regulations”.

This policy applies to all visitors to this website (hereinafter “our website”), as well as to persons who request information from us.

In order to allow you to browse our website with confidence, we undertake to process your Data in accordance with the GDPR. This privacy policy aims to describe in a transparent manner how your Data are processed and the reasons for such processing.

  • Our website and/or our thematic promotional campaigns are not intended for minors. However, if you become aware that a minor for whom you are responsible has registered on our website against your wishes, please contact us and we will immediately delete such Data from our databases.

Your Personal Data are retained only for the period strictly necessary for the purposes pursued. Your Personal Data may also be retained for a longer period for other purposes, in particular to comply with our legal obligations (litigation, accounting and tax obligations, etc.). Access to archived Personal Data is restricted.

5. Disclosure of your Data to recipients

Your Data may be communicated to certain of our processors in the context of services performed on our behalf.

6. Transfer of Data outside the European Union

Your Data are not transferred outside the European Union. Should our policy change, we will ensure that any such transfer is made to countries recognised as providing an adequate level of protection for your Data or, at the very least, on the basis of appropriate safeguards provided for by law.

We attach particular importance to the security of personal data.

We have implemented appropriate physical, technical, administrative and organisational measures, adapted to the level of sensitivity of the Data, in order to ensure the integrity and confidentiality of the Data and to protect them against any malicious intrusion, loss, alteration or disclosure to unauthorised third parties.

Where we use a service provider, we only communicate Data to it after having verified compliance with these security principles.

We may carry out audits in order to verify the proper operational application of the rules relating to Data security.

Exercise of your rights

If you request this information in electronic format, unless you instruct otherwise, we will also reply by electronic means.

Please note that your request is linked to the email address you provide to identify yourself. If you have created several accounts using different email addresses, you must provide us with all email addresses concerned by your request.

In accordance with the GDPR, your request will be processed within thirty days from the time we are in possession of all the elements necessary to process it. If your request is complex, this period may be extended by up to two months, but you will be informed in advance.

Your request for erasure of your Data

Subject to reasons relating to your particular situation, we will only erase such Data when they are no longer necessary for the above-mentioned purposes, unless compliance with a legal obligation or the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims requires longer retention.

Your right to object to the processing of your Data

If you have given your consent to receive offers/newsletters, you have the right to object at any time and without justification to the processing of your Data. However, we may refuse your request in the event of compelling legitimate grounds.

Your right to restriction of processing

In the event of a dispute relating to the processing of your Data, you may request that the processing of your Data be suspended for the duration of the investigation of the dispute. In such a case, we will no longer use your Data until the dispute has been resolved.

You may exercise this right where you object to the processing, contest the accuracy of your Data, believe that the processing is unlawful or where you need the Data for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.

Your right to data portability

You may request that the Data you have provided to us be transferred to another data controller in a structured, commonly used and readable format, within the limits provided for by the GDPR. In such a case, we will transfer them to the recipient of your choice.

You may lodge a complaint with the Belgian supervisory authority, the DPA (Data Protection Authority).

Your right to give instructions in the event of death

You have the right to give instructions regarding the fate of your Data after your death.
